Trusting God In Uncertainty | Steven Furtick

It takes faith to move in the middle of uncertainty.

In “When God Says Maybe,” Pastor Steven Furtick of Elevation Church reminds us that, even when we don’t have all of the details, we can trust the One who’s leading us.

  1. I’m living in a maybe moment right now. Don’t know if I’ll like my job/career. Don’t know if I’ll ever find anyone to spend my life with. Don’t know if the break up with my last partner was worth it. Don’t know if I’ll ever be happy or fulfilled in life. Don’t know if my OCD will ever stop wreaking havoc on my life. But I do know that God is always there. I know that I have people that support me. I know that I have people that I can confide in. I know that I am not alone. Life feels very scary and uncertain now, and it’s hard to get out of bed and “move towards the truth”, but I have to use God and the people that I do have to lean on, because that is exactly the strength that He has given me to persist in immobilizing times. My strength is not a maybe.
